SUBROSA AND SURVEILLANCE
Although the terms
are often interchanged, they are not the same
investigation. Surveillance is a vital part of a
Subrosa Investigation, but does not encompass the
entire case. A proper Subrosa investigation has the
folowing minimum elements.

investigation to determine other insurance claims,
criminal arrests, or recent involvement in particular
activities.

current address and name being used, AKA's, Social
Security verification and other perinent
information.

required to determine the proper location for
surveillance, follow the individual and document any
and alll activity. Baechler Investigative provides
our Subrosa investigators with the proper equipment
to do the job right. Our Subrosa vehicles are
specially modifed, non-obtrusive and blend into any
community. Our 'hidden cameras' allow our experts to
obtain video footage in areas where full size video
cameras would compromise the investigation.

laws and case law in relation to subrosa incuding
privacy laws, admission of evidence, approved
techniques and related
requirments.
